Gone Fishing
Afternoon, well see what the postie brought me yesterday paperartsy stamps...and just in time for the OH birthday!
Background with ..Yeh you guessed it distress stains which I just splatted on which created a water effect. There's some glimmer mists in there too!

Bike ride
Well hello there, thought I'd have a play with my new Christmas stamps. Chocolate Baroque Steampunk Christmas but as you can see I haven't got as far as making a Christmas card with them yet...so versatile.
Also used crafty individuals ci239 people & places paper pad. Along with Tim Holtz purely random & paperartsy HPXT01.
Background created with distress stains & inks...Goo fun!
Thanks for stopping by & Happy Craftin Rebecca

Altered Book page
Well I started this probably a couple years ago when I saw an article in a magazine (can't remember which one!).
I cut, painted, glimmer misted, glued & left to dry! Some time later... once it had dried (2 years should do it!) finish project and submit for stampotique challenge!

I had always intended to use this with my Chocolate Baroque underwater stamps, which I have but I have only just discovered stampotique stamps and only have two at the moment but the mermaid fit in perfectly and gave me the incentive to get on and finish this.
I'd been having a play on Friday colouring some calico with distress stains which I thought was perfect for the mermaid.
